I am project development librarian at the University of North Texas Libraries. I coordinate projects for The Portal to Texas History, a digital gateway to over 150,000 historical materials belonging to archives, museums, libraries, government agencies and historical societies throughout Texas. In the late 90's I earned a master's in Art History and one in Information Science at the University of North Texas while working as Art Librarian at UNT Libraries. I spread my wings and headed for The University of Texas at Austin where I developed and directed a Materials Resource Center for four years at the School of Architecture. I then headed to Phoenix, Arizona and had a great experience designing the curriculum and teaching an online course "Information Studies in the Digital Age" at Scottsdale Community College before returning to the University of North Texas Libraries in 2008.
