As a former high school English teacher with a aptitude for technology circumstances completely within my control turned me into a librarian. In library school I was confronted with the amount of fear my classmates had using technology. My lack of fear led me to embrace technology in the classroom and for research. At the current moment I'm the Instructional and Research Technologies Librarian at Loyola University New Orleans. Within that role, I am the librarian liaison to English, Ministry, Philosophy, and Religious Studies.
