I have a Ph.D. in art history and was teaching (as an adjunct) for about 7 years before starting Simmons. I also have degrees in English & French and in comp lit. As I still teach art history, I want to know more about incorporating more technology in the classroom. I took Candy Schwartz's digital libraries class this past term and am interested in art librarianship, special collections, but also descriptive metadata/subject cataloging. Am also fascinated my MOOCs and this with my background in teaching and library science that I might have a place in this field as well.
