Jouissance, of course, is important for us all to consider, but right now my attention is on concluding a 3-year grant in which I converted my American history using Team-Based Learning as a format. After some 15 years of teaching along traditional lines, I now find myself challenging nearly every aspect of learning and scholarship. I would like to find/work with/ talk to others who have radically revised large history courses, and would not mind finding like-minded people to explore my scholarly interests in 19th and 20th c. social history.
