I have spent my career working to get information to the people who need it--how to create the right content, how to filter it and connect it to other things that interest a particular user, how to help that user find exactly what she is looking for, how to build tools to help people do their work (whether that work is research, treating a patient, or studying for a test), how to maximize access.
