I have always loved storytelling and always wanted to be a writer. Books, films, television and video games, I devour a good story at any opportunity in any medium. Currently, I am finishing my Masters in Fine Arts at York University in Screenwriting. In the summer of 2012 I co-ran a Graduate course in video game studies with fellow York Graduate Chris Alton and became enamored with the storytelling possibilities of my favorite pastime. I believe that video games contain an immersive process that deliver story in a way unlike any other medium and I aspire to work as creative within the video game industry on both an independent and professional level. I have little coding experience in both JavaScript and C#. However, what I lack in programming knowledge I make up for in storytelling mechanics and I enjoy discussing video games with designers and academics alike from a narrative perspective.
