I have postgrad degrees in Professional Marketing [UNSW], Gastronomy [Uni Adelaide] Writing [UTS] and dozens of post-trade quals in food, cooking etc. I am also a PermaCulture teacher and have the PDC qual. I am very active in Dirt Club at UTS where I manage the compost tea bank and the wormfarms. I have qualified as a judge in the areas of olive oil, cheese and honey. I have started judging hive products at the RAS and was the sole judge honey & hive products for the Colonel Pulling Trophy for the amateur beekeeping clubs of NSW. I present regularly at conferences here and overseas on cookbooks, food marketing, functional foods, etc
