I am a wearer of many hats at Wheaton College (MA): Associate Professor of English, founding coordinator of the Film & New Media Studies program, 2013-14 co-director of the Wheaton Interdisciplinary Institute for the Humanities, the list goes on. My research current interests/aspirations/projects are correspondingly varied, too, and address topics such as: digital literacies and pedagogies; visualizing cultural data; fandom and transmedia storytelling; and the geohistory of film exhibition in the US.
