I partner with institutions of higher learning in the development and implementation of effective multimodal communications strategies (including Web, print, and social media utilities) to ensure a consistent and effective delivery of key messages and themes to audiences, with an emphasis on community-building and engagement. I currently hold positions at two area colleges: Communications Specialist at the Smith College School for Social Work, and Technical Writer/Content Coordinator at the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) at the UMass Amherst.
