I have a PhD in English (with a concentration on interwar American literature, modernism, and apocalypse studies). I teach and research adaptation studies, comic studies, film, theatre, and English. I have a new weekly radio show on Alaska public radio called "Off the Shelf," a show about Alaskan literature.
