I was born and grew up in Italy; took an Italian Doctorate in Physics cum laude; left Italy and worked in IT and telecommunication in Germany, Australia, Switzerland, and France; learnt German and French; aquired the Australian citizenship; published scientific/technical papers and some Science Fiction stories; currently 2/3 through a PhD with a creative thesis in Communication at the University of Canberra.
