Erin is the Program Assistant for the MFA Creative Writing at Chatham University. She graduated from Chatham in 2011 with an MFA in Creative Nonfiction. Prior to that, she completed a BA in International Studies at Wells College. She spent the past year working at City of Asylum/Pittsburgh. She writes the blog Don’t Forget to Eat! Her literary work has been published in The Inquisitive Eater, Ophelia Street, Blood and Thunder, and Underwired.
