I am currently a faculty member in the Department of Art at Southeast Missouri State University. My teaching is primarily in Studio Foundations and I maintain an active exhibition schedule. I also participate in a variety of professional activities such as the presentation of academic papers, acting as a panel speaker, jurying and curating exhibitions both on and off campus, developing study-abroad courses and developing opportunities for cross-discipling team teaching. In my spare time I love hanging out with my two rambunctious rescue mutts, keeping in touch with fascinating, far-flung family and friends and working on my little 1910 cottage.
