I am the Executive Director of Global Learning at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. I am also an Associate Professor of History with a research specialization in early modern European history. My interests include history of food and agriculture. My institution is launching an initiative to use technology and humanities methods to use history to understand and point to solutions to contemporary global issues such as world hunger and climate change.
