I was a comparative literature major at Smith College (class of 2003), then worked for six years at the Maine Humanities Council. While there, I served as project manager for a Digital Humanities Start-Up Grant from the NEH. This background in public humanities led me to public libraries. I'm now working part-time at the Cambridge (MA) Public Library and completing my MLIS at Simmons (expected May 2013).
