I am a Research and Instruction Librarian with interests in information seeking behavior, scholarly communication, and workplace wellness within libraries. I have an undergraduate background in the Humanities, however have been the liaison for subjects that include Criminal Justice, Political Science, Psychology, Legal Studies, Computer Science, and Engineering. Outside of libraries, I teach yoga and group fitness and facilitate the FB group and blog Lifting Librarians.
