The digital humanities appeal to me because they are a broader way to apply humanistic thinking to a variety of multi-disciplinary problems in ways that both reiterate the importance of the humanistic perspective and reinvigorate the humanities. My academic interests are in Art History, Visual Arts, and the Classics, but I am a graduate student in the Masters program in Library and information science at UNC Chapel Hill trying to figure out how to make being in an iSchool the right place for me.
