Andrew is an IT Analyst: Outcomes and Assessment Specialist with Online Learning Services. His primary role at OLS is the support of program assessment through the use of technology. Andrew also partners with instructors across campus with the use of educational technology to achieve their teaching goals. This work includes the development of solutions, as well as addressing any technical issues they may have. Andrew joined the Syracuse community in 2005 as a Research Assistant in the Psychology Department. From 2008 to 2014 he worked with the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment. While at OIRA he supported the assessment needs of campus offices by coordinating data collections and reporting.
