I'm a first-year PhD student in English at UNC, and I completed my MA at UC-Irvine in California. Prior to that, I taught high school English in a small charter school in downtown L.A. Part of my teaching was a commitment to bringing technology into the classroom and empowering my students to use the tools available in order to have a more active role in their learning.
