I am a doctoral student at the University of Victoria (MA Loyola University Chicago, BA University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign). My projects include a series of 3D-printable maps of modernist literary cities (an INKE-MVP project) and a game-based reading environment that affords hands-on, tacit engagements with material texts (in progress). I turn to modernist manuscript materials when thinking about physical and procedural forms of electronic reading. I also recently completed a website for digital pedagogy, built on top of GitHub at http://axchristie.github.io/toolkit/ I research across Implementing New Knowledge Environments (INKE) and the Modernist Versions Project (MVP), working in the Electronic Textual Cultures Lab (ETCL) and the Maker Lab in the Humanities.
