I am a former theater geek (well, is anyone really a "former" theater geek?) who has gone on to a Master of Arts in Practical Theology and a Doctor of Ministry (ABD) in Leadership and Global Perspectives. My current research (my dissertation!) is around redescription and metaphoric networks in the work of Paul Ricoeur.
