Campers not showing 2

I’m in charge of the website (http://ugainvalence2018.thatcamp.org/campers/) for the UGA in Valence camp and as others have experienced, some of our campers don’t show on the campers’ ページ (Anirban, Genevieve…) even though they registered. I can see them on my dashboard as administrator as the registration seems to have worked fine but once I log out, only 11 out of the 17 registered show. I tried the different solutions offered (change template for the page, change navigator..) but still can’t see them. Any idea why ?

Sorry for my delay in replying! I was away on vacation. Everything looks fine to me now: you’ve got 17 users and 17 people on your Campers page at http://ugainvalence2018.thatcamp.org/campers/ , including Anirban and Genoveva. I did also fix an issue with your avatar while I was at it. Let me know if you need anything else.

I am having this same problem. I only have two registrations, but neither of them (including my own) is showing up on the “キャンピングカー” ページ. Does it just take some time for them to populate?

Hi Erika — in your case it was simply that the Campers page wasn’t using the Campers page template for some reason, so I set it and it’s fine now. http://midwest2018.thatcamp.org/campers/ There are instructions about that at http://thatcamp.org/help/organize/website/

It is supposed to use that template by default, しかし, so I’ll check to make sure that’s happening on new sites.
