La première réunion du Conseil THATCamp est prévue pour le mardi, 4/22 à 13:00 heure de l'Est. Dans mon expérience, Skype est l'outil Internet le plus fiable pour la tenue de ces réunions, j'ai donc choisi que sur Google Hangouts ou un autre outil. J'ai alors réalisé, cependant, that Skype calls aren’t « ouvrir » dans le sens que les gens peuvent écouter. If you’re interested in listening in, laissez-moi savoir, and I’ll figure out another means of meeting. Nous allons certainement poster notes après, au moins.

Please do also post here anything you’d like the Council to discuss, et (le président pro tem) Je ’ll add your issue to the agenda. Here’s a draft of said agenda:

  • Introduction générale par Amanda
  • Aller sur la logistique du Conseil
  • Choisir un président (à assumer habile présidence après cette réunion)
  • Responsabilités Allocation (forum modération, Compte Twitter, etc)
  • S'entendre sur la fréquence pour répondre
  • Des révisions à la Charte (l'ajout d'une méthode pour supprimer un président, retrait de la section sur les procédures de premiers électorales, clarifier « franchise » des réunions, clarifier les politiques sur l'enregistrement de réunions et les enregistrements d'affichage)
  • Discuter s'il faut supprimer la THATCamp Google Map et le calendrier THATCamp Google
  • L'adoption d'une politique anti-harcèlement
  • Planification prochaine réunion
