Sophia Gu is a second-year PhD student, studying Renaissance drama in the English Department at the University of Virginia. Her research interests include early modern theatrical collaboration, print culture, information flow, and the afterlife of Shakespeare. She is currently in the early stages of creating a text-mining project that traces Shakespeare as a source-text for the modern lexicon.
