I'm a museum geek and vintage fashion tragic. My PhD is examining the way museum knowledge is communicated via online collections in an age of ubiquitous information. I'm the website coordinator at a regional art museum in Newcastle Australia, and am also involved with the Digital Services team at the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney. Prior to working in, and obsessing over museums and their role in a networked world, I used to work in the music industry, which is where my interest was piqued in the opportunities that digital technologies offer to all sectors.
