I have a BA in archaeology from Boston University and a MA in anthropology with a concentration in New England archaeology from the University of Connecticut. I have over ten years of field experience in cultural resource management, which includes six years working for the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center. I have long been interested in public education and outreach, and I serve on the Board of Directors and as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Friends of the Office of State Archaeology in Connecticut. My experience in computer applications and technology in regards to archaeology has largely been self-taught or on-the-fly. I am hoping to broaden that knowledge in a formal, university setting in the future, but until then I'll take a learning opportunity wherever I can get it!
