I'm a first-year Ph.D. student in Rhetoric and Writing at Virginia Tech. In my research, I an interested in writing in general and first-year composition in particular. I'm exploring ways that digital pedagogies may help facilitate learning and help students transfer the skills and knowledge they cultivate beyond the writing classroom.
