I became interested in technology while studying Indo-Tibetan Buddhism at U.Va. I am the developer of the McGraw-Hill iSpeak series of phrasebooks and study guides designed for iPods, iPhones and other mobile media devices. I was the PI for the Segue project, an open source curricular content management system developed at Middlebury College that received a Mellon Foundation Award for Technology Collaboration in 2007. I was also the principal administrator of WordPress at Middlebury and am now developing an instance of WordPress for the UNC Charlotte College of Liberal Arts & Sciences.
