I have recently been hired by the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities to help develop KnowLA, a digital encyclopedia of Louisiana. My job here is to curate all media for the encyclopedia, as well as to create original interactive content. Currently I am researching the most effective ways to communicate Louisiana history in a digital arena. I am also researching how we can make the best use of new communicative web applications, as well as how to develop the most engaging interactive content.

Before working at the LEH I was busy finishing my MFA at the University of South Florida. In my own work and research, I often employ elements of electronic media, and am interested in how individuals look to new media as a means to develop agency.
